Joining fee is not refundable. Reward customers are entitled to 10% off purchases for 12 months from the date of signing up. This 10% discount excludes sale products and excludes gift vouchers. 10% discount is not redeemable against postage. You are entitled to a free gift when you join the reward scheme. Please allow 28 days for the delivery of your free nails inc polish. This will be sent to you via Royal Mail Second Class delivery. You are also entitled to a birthday gift which will be emailed to you within your birthday month. No cash alternative is available for the reward gifts or birthday gift. Membership to the nails inc ultimate reward scheme is valid for 12 months. Points are valid for 12 months. We will email to remind you when your 12 month expiry date is approaching. Voucher codes cannot be used in-conjunction with the Reward discount. You can only redeem a maximum of 10 points with any one order however you can accumulate more than 10 points on your account.
