1. Eligibility:

1.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Nails Inc, its affiliated companies, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

1.2 Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and be following @nailsinc on Instagram at the time of entry and winner selection

2. How to Enter:

2.1 To enter, participants must tag a friend in the comments of the competition post who they would take to the gig and must be following @nailsinc on Instagram.

2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

2.3 Entries must be submitted before the competition closing time.

3. Competition Period:

3.1 The competition closes on Thursday 26th June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection &
Notification:

4.1 The winner will be chosen at random by a third party from all valid entries received before the deadline.

4.2 The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @nailsinc account.

4.3 The winner must respond within 12 hours of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, an alternative winner will be selected at random. This process will continue until a winner responds and claims the prize.

5. Prize Details:

5.1 The winner will receive:

• 2 x VIP tickets to see Sabrina Carpenter at BST Hyde Park in London on Sunday, 6th July 2025
• UK travel to and from London
• A one-night stay in a twin or double room near the venue
• A VIP Nails.INC “It’s Topless” goody bag

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5.3 The prize must be accepted as awarded. No compensation will be provided if the winner is unable to attend.

5.4 The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they are available on the event date and can travel as required.

5.5 The prize does not include additional expenses beyond those stated. 

6. General:

6.1 Nails Inc reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.

6.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram of any responsibility.

6.3 Nails Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

6.4 By entering, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle and entry content for promotional purposes related to the competition.

6.5 The decision of Nails Inc regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding.

7. Data Protection:

7.1 Personal data provided during this competition will be processed accordance with Nails Inc’s privacy
policy.

7.2 Any data collected will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
