"I bought as I wanted a more ethical nail polish. Good that it is free from a lot of toxic ingredients. Most similar offerings were a lot more costly. I’ll be honest I bought it for the wooden cap, the name of the colour (eco ego) and the affordable cost (£7ish). The colour is exactly what I wanted. A true red and one layer is enough although 2 gives a more solid colour. Given 4 stars as the wooden cap has just been put on top of a plastic cap, but still better than using more plastic. Also the polish dries faster than any other polish I’ve had which is a plus and minus. Plus if you need it dry quick, but minus if you need more time to spread the vanish without getting it on your surrounding skin (for a beginner or perfectionist). With time and practice it won’t be a problem, but initially it was a shock. It lasts a long time - maybe 1-2 days with no chipping, then 7 days with some chipping, but not noticeable from a distance and need for a top up. I am very happy with my purchase, I just hope that it’s quick drying nature doesn’t mean it becomes clumpy quickly and unusable as I like things to last a long time. So far so good but only had it a week. Been complimented on it, so that’s nice. It also makes my nails a bit stronger and stops me from biting them. I have also found I am more confident when wearing it - perhaps the bright colour gives me more positive energy."

Application is a breeze too. And, when I did need to go over a chipped tip or two, it seemed to fill in any dip, so that it was all but invisible."
